BLACK LIVES MATTER IN MENOMONEE FALLS

On Saturday, June 6 students from Menomonee Falls High School and the community held a peaceful protest to advocate for a more transparent and thorough police recruitment strategy and in opposition to the unjust deaths of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Jamarion Robinson, Ahmad Abery, and others. Attendees and speakers were from diverse backgrounds and age groups.

Participants wore masks and were largely able to embrace social distancing by remaining 6 feet apart.

The photos below are striking. Thank you to MFAT member Ian Dickmann for the wonderful photography.
