MELINDA MCSHANE, CANDIDATE FOR MENOMONEE FALLS SCHOOL BOARD
Melinda McShane is a candidate for a seat on the Menomonee Falls School Board.
According to her campaign literature, she lives on the southeast side of the Falls with her husband, James, four daughters, and 13-year old pup.
Melinda McShane says she and her husband believe in being active in their children’s education. In service to this, she has been a frequent volunteer in the girls’ classrooms. Whether it’s being room parent*, helping with math, or teaching a monthly art lesson, her campaign says she’s spent a lot of time in our Menomonee Falls schools.
[*A room parent’s main task is to facilitate communication between other parents and the teacher, school parent group, and infrequently, school administration.]
For the past two years, McShane has served as the Ben Franklin PTO President.
She is co-leader of two Girl Scout troops, serves as the River Valley Service Unit treasurer, and is a practicing member at St. Dominic’s Catholic Church in Brookfield.
Melinda McShane says she keeps students at the forefront of all she does. As such, she commits to acting in the best interests of the students if elected to the school board.
If you feel strongly about giving Menomonee Falls students the best education possible, her campaign urges you to vote for her in the February 18th spring primary election.
