The choices were to keep incumbent Justice Dan Kelly or elect Judge Jill Karofsky to replace Kelly. Karofsky served as a lawyer and prosecutor for 28 years. She was the first-ever WI Violence Against Women prosecutor and former Director for the Office of Crime Victim Services.
